A. Yes. Call toll free 1-877-678-7661 and ask for the camptable product you would like.
Q. Are the camp tables available in retail stores?
A. The tables are currently available from this website and Ostrom Outdoors retail store in Thunder Bay. We are negotiating with several US. retailers so US. buyers don't have to pay so much for shipping.
Q. Hey can I hang this off the roof rack on my van or SUV?
A. Great idea, but we take no responsibility for any damage to the paint etc. of your vehicle.
Q. How durable are the table panels.
A. Don't sit on the table! The inserts in the table sleeves are super lightweight plastic. Stiff but not brittle, should they get damaged they are replaceable.
Q. Can I use my camp stove on the kitchen table.
A. We don't recommend it. There is too much danger from spilling boiling liquids due to faulty table set-up, mechanical failure, someone bumping the table, earthquake...you get the point.
Q. Can I cut on the table surface?
A. No! Use a cutting board. We offer a large 11.5 by 18 inch lightweight, flexible cutting board.
Q. Can I put a hot pot directly on the kitchen or canoe table?
A. No, use a hot pot pad. We recommend putting pots of hot liquids on the ground to avoid the possibility of serious burns. After all the counter and canoe table height will be at a childs face level. There have been cases of people being burned from spilling a pot that is not at ground level.
Q. How much weight will the kitchen hold?
A. We are still testing to determine actual breaking point weight. The kitchen will hold all the food and pots you can fit on the work surface. Use some common sense, if the table is bending, lighten the load. The canoe table harness will hold the canoe plus 75lbs.
Q. Why are the storage pouches and spice racks sold separately.
A. We don't want customers buying items they don't want. You can choose the accessories to suit your camping style.
