We didn't set up the kitchen until the second day at this sweet site on Georgian Bay, Ontario. We thought food prep. would be easy on the flat Canadian shield rock. Easy, but back breaking. It was with intense relief that I was able to stand at the kitchen which we hung from the centre tarp pole.
